Our Patient Participation Group was formed in 2006. The group meets about three times a year and have discussed a number of issues over the last 12 months including car parking, telephone access, appointments system and missed appointments.
A Patient Participation Group is a group of patients who are interested in their healthcare and general practice surgery. The aim of a group should be to share information and ideas about the practice and wider local health services. This should help to give patients the best possible services for the needs of the whole practice population. Patient groups work in conjunction with staff and doctors at the practice.
If you would like to be involved with the group or would like to raise any issues to be discussed by the group please contact the practice manager.
