Important update: Ordering your repeat prescriptions

To help us improve and streamline our services, we are making a change to how repeat prescriptions can be ordered online.

Going forward, if you order your prescription via our website, you will be redirected to PATCHS, where you can securely request your medication. This allows your request to be linked directly to your medical record, helping us process prescriptions more safely and efficiently.

Other ways to order your repeat prescriptions:

– You can register for and use the NHS App, which allows you to request prescriptions, view some of your medical records, and access test results.

Please note that the previous online prescription request form will no longer be available.

If you would like help registering for the NHS App or using PATCHS, our team will be happy to support you. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our services.
